JH Entertainment is a newly formed sole proprietorship disc jockey company owned and operated by Donnavon Smith who also goes by the name DJ Daddyflex when performing at informal events.
Donnavon has over ten years experience as a self taught disc jockey. His interest and love for this art developed back in high school when his cousin whom he met for the first time in his life showed and taught him the "in's and out's" of music and showed him how to appreciate all genres of music from rock and roll to country, from reggae to techno…. ALL. Donnavon would sit in his room all by himself for hours on end listening to and studying music, up to this day he still does the same, (at the annoyance of his fiancé) "music is life” he would say. Donnavon didn't fully realize his talent and dream until he volunteered to play music for his high school’s annual class party and it ended up being a party for the entire school. That is when Donnavon realized that this is a job he would love performing. Donnavon kept working on his craft trying to perfect it and took jobs performing at parties every so often.
It wasn't until some ten years later that Donnavon teamed up with a fellow coworker on the island of Inagua and founded a disc jockey company. Regrettably about a year later when business began to steadily increase, Donnavon moved back to New Providence due to family welfare. It was then he began to fund JH Entertainment. Donnavon and his partner in Inagua continue to keep in touch and network with each other and he considers JH Entertainment to be a branch of the company in Matthew Town Inagua.
Donnavon Founded JH Entertainment with the vision to offer quality entertainment to his clients, anyone can press play on a CD player but not everyone has the personality or talent to engage and read a crowd and anticipate whats the next song they would like to hear.

Donnavon is of the opinion that one never stops learning and jumps at the opportunity to attend seminars and other lectures to improve his skills. Donnavon has a vast network of DJ's around the world with which he shares information and ideas and they vice versa.
